To reserve a time that is best for you, please call 952-953-4900. Although it is best to make your appointments in advance, same day calls are welcomed and accommodated upon availability. A credit card number will be required at the time you make your appointment. Also, it is best to book your next appointment at the end of your current visit. If you are pregnant or are scheduling a massage for a specific illness, please inform the receptionist when making the appointment so we can provide you with the most appropriate, caring, and safest massage possible. A credit card is required for making all appointments. No charges are ever applied to your credit card until and unless an appointment is missed or not cancelled with the required notice.

Checking In
It is best to arrive 30 minutes prior to your first appointment. This allows plenty of time to complete the necessary paperwork, including a health history form and contact information, as well as time to relax and prepare for your massage. For subsequent appointments, we ask that you check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you will be late, please try to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, understanding that your appointment time may have to be shortened.

Payment
Payment in full is due at the time of service. We accept cash, most major credit cards and Araväda Massage Gift Cards.

Gratuity
Gratuities are appreciated, but not expected. If you would like to leave a tip for your therapist, you may do so with cash or credit card as you check out. Envelopes are provided for your convenience.

Cell Phones and Pagers
So that all Araväda clients can completely relax during their massages, please turn off all cell phones and audible pagers while you are in the clinic.

Minor Clients
Clients under the age of 18 require a Parental Consent Form to be completed and signed prior to receiving their massage.

Cancellations
To best meet the needs of our clients, we respectfully require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If cancellations are not made within the required time, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If an appointment is missed without notification, you will be charged a 100% missed appointment fee. A credit card is required for making all appointments. No charges are ever applied to your credit card until and unless an appointment is missed or not cancelled with the required notice.
